Granny's Apple Cake

4 Medium apples 3 Eggs 2/3 Cup sugar 1/2 Cup approx milk

1 2/3 Cups flour 150 Grams soft butter 2 Teaspoons baking powder

Stir sugar into butter. Stir in 3 eggs. Leave.
Peel & dice apples. Beat up the sugar etc. Add flour, baking powder and milk (will be a bit of a stiff mixture). Add the dice apple. Spread it across a cake tin.
Cook on (bake) 1800. Approx 50 minutes. Will look cooked.
Bring out of oven and cover with an oven side until cold.
